GscGps By using the services provided by GscGps, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 1. Scope of Services GscGps provides GPS tracking, tachograph data analysis, and CAN bus connectivity services, aimed at collecting and interpreting relevant vehicle and fleet data (fuel consumption, driving times, positioning, etc.). 2. Limitations of CAN Data Our devices read data available through the vehicle's CAN bus, within the limits defined by the manufacturer or affected by resets/alterations made by previous owners. Therefore: We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the retrieved data. We are not responsible for missing, incorrect, or altered information caused by third-party interference or vehicle modifications. 3. Network Availability and Temporary Freezes Data transmission depends on the availability of mobile network coverage. In areas with poor or no signal, devices may temporarily freeze, requiring a manual restart. This is a common behavior across all brands of similar hardware. GscGps will make every effort to recover any missing data, but cannot guarantee full restoration in such cases. 4. Data Processing and Liability GscGps processes the collected data in order to generate accurate and useful reports for the client. However: We cannot be held liable if the data is not successfully received by our servers or third-party platforms. We are not responsible for any violations committed by drivers. Our role is strictly to collect, process, and present the available data via our platform or through email communication, as agreed. 5. Device Warranty and Replacement If a device supplied by GscGps stops functioning according to standards: We may offer a replacement, provided the device has not exceeded 12 months of use. Devices older than one year or damaged due to external causes are not eligible for replacement. 6. Limitation of Liability GscGps shall not be held liable for: Business decisions or financial losses based on the data provided by the devices; Technical malfunctions of the vehicle; Mobile network unavailability; Issues caused by third-party interference or modification of the vehicle's electronic systems. 7. Acceptance of Terms By using GscGps services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in their current form.
